topic of Immigration. The Library of Congress offers the immigration stories on this
web site for scholarly and educational purposes, to illustrate the
American immigration experience during the second half of the 20th
century and the early years of the 21st century. The recipes on this web site are posted for the sole purpose of
illustrating the American immigration experience. These recipes
and their stories were collected from 2002 – 2006.
