The TLA Fellows Program connects members of the DePaul community who teach (or are preparing a class to teach at DePaul) to consult with the Fellow on a wide variety of teaching related topics.
The Office for Teaching, Learning & Assessment has an extensive library and can lend books on a variety of topics related to effective teaching and ways to improve student learning. Please drop by 1300 Lewis Center to peruse our catalog.
Faculty workshops are focused on enhancing learning in your class. Request a teaching workshop for your program or department or suggest a topic you’d like to see us address in a brown-bag discussion.
The Teaching Commons is DePaul’s central online teaching resource. Find information on technology resources and teaching policies, discover and share innovative teaching practices, and locate teaching resources, workshops and events at DePaul.
TLA partners with Instructional Design and Developement (IDD) and the Committee on Learning and Teaching to host the annual faculty teaching and learning conference. Typically held in April, the conference features a keynote speaker on the conference theme and includes presentations and panels from numerous DePaul faculty.
