Career Development

Good career planning takes time, reflection and active engagement. Ideally, it should start as early as your freshman year at DePaul. SSS career development services are designed to support and supplement the Career Center’s four main objectives, which are to help you:

• Sharpen your career knowledge and skills
• Gain internships and work experience
• Build your network
• Find work

All SSS participants are expected to register with the Career Center and meet with a peer advisor to find out more about career services and opportunities at DePaul.

In addition, SSS participants are encouraged to:

• Attend Career Center workshops, job fairs, and networking events
  
• Complete the Myers Briggs Indicator (MBTI)

• Participate in the Alumni Sharing Knowledge (ASK) program.
