Programs
Have you ever wanted to do yoga, take a dance class or maybe learn Pilates? If so, then our Instructional Programs are for you. These non-credit instruction
courses are progressive in nature and focus on experiential learning, skill
building, mind-body wellness and fitness. Classes are available throughout the year in various
areas that
include aquatics, yoga, Pilates, dance, fitness training,
martial arts and safety training.
Registration is available for both members and non-members of the Ray Meyer Fitness and Recreation Center. Both online and in-person registration will be available for Fall Instructional Program classes beginning Wednesday, September 3rd for members and Friday, September 5 for non-members. Basic Bounce *NEW
Basic Bounce is an exciting new class that utilizes an innovative piece of equipment, Kangoo Jump Boots.

The following are just a few of the ultimate benefits of taking part in Basic Bounce.
- Wearing the boots is so much fun you will forget that you are working out.
- Basic Bounce is low-impact….using the boots brings 80% of the impact off of your joints.
- It is completely safe and appropriate for all fitness levels.
There will be a FREE class on Tuesday October 7th from 7:30pm-8:30pm in Studio A. Long socks are required to attend! Participants will be let in on a first come first serve basis.
We will be offering two five weeks series of Basic Bounce this quarter. You can sign up at membership or online. They can sign up under the Instrcutional Programming page!
The class fee is $40.00 for members and $60.00 for non-members
