Indoor Cycling
Express Spin
This 30 minute spin class is perfect for beginners or those on a tight schedule.

Spin-45
In this traditional stationary cycling class, you will experience a variety of cycling situations including hill climbs, fast flats and exhilarating finishes while focusing on speed, power, intensity and technique.

Spin-60

Take your group cycling workout to the next level with this hour-long session. Challenge your strength and endurance as you conquer various terrains designed to improve your overall fitness.

Big Spin
This hour and a half workout will truly test your cardiac ability. You will be lead through a motivating ride involving all different types of terrains and challenges to ensure you get the most effective workout you deserve!


Athletic Conditioning
Morning Jolt
Skip the caffeine and jump start your day with this brand new class. Morning Jolt combines all of your favorite group fitness formats into a one hour workout. Strength training, cardio conditioning, and flexibility work will all be included!

Water Conditioning
Change up your normal exercise routine by hopping in the pool for a total body conditioning experience. Water conditioning is an awesome cross training option for all levels of fitness ability.

Bar Conditioning (New)
Re-shape your body by incorporating intense strengthening exercises and the ballet bar during this fast-paced workout. Challenging muscular conditioning will be followed by specific stretches designed to create a more elongated appearance. Take the time to improve endurance, burn calories, and relax your mind and body!

Dance Conditioning
So you think you can dance? You will have to begin training like a dancer to perform some of those moves you see on TV! This class will allow you to train like a professional dancer with the combination of cardio drills, core strengthening movements, and flexibility training. Beginners welcome!

Boot Camp
You will never get bored with this military-inspired format! Experience various drills to increase agility, cardiac and muscular endurance, and overall strength.

Bike Boot Camp
A-TEN-TION!…this intense class combines an express spin session followed by a military inspired interval class! Bike Boot Camp is a total body strengthening and cardiovascular class that will leave you feeling strong and powerful.

Boxing
Join us upstairs in studio D for an all out traditional boxing class involving the use of heavy bags! Our professionally trained boxing instructors will lead you through various drills and punching combinations appropriate for beginners and trained athletes alike! Hand-wraps are required and may be rented from Equipment Issue. Boxing gloves will be available in class.

Boxing Level II (new)
Looking to take your Boxing workout up a notch? Check out the all new Boxing Level II class. At least 9 months of previous boxing experience or approval by the instructor is strongly recommended to take part in this class.

BOSU Interval (all new)

BOSU Interval utilizes the most popular piece of equipment in the fitness industry to provide a challenging and exciting workout. You will be taken through a series of drills and strengthening exercises that will leave you feeling balanced and toned!

Kickbox Interval
All the benefits of a cardio kickboxing class mixed with high intensity drills and strength training. Intervals of kickboxing get your heart rate up while intervals of strength training get your body strong.

Choreographed Cardio

Dance Party
Enjoy learning fun hi-energy dance combinations while getting a great workout! Modern Hip-hop choreography will be lead by one of our many talented dance instructors. All levels welcome (even those whose only experience is in their living room!!!)

Nia
Nia is an expressive form of mind-body fusion fitness which combines concepts from 3 different martial arts, 3 dance traditions and 3 forms of balance work. Through a variety of dance-like routines, the Nia Technique delivers a deceptively powerful workout that will leave you toned, strong and balanced. Expect to be moved! (No previous Nia experience necessary)

Step
The “old school” group fitness format is here to stay! Step choreography is combined with up beat music aimed to increase the heart rate. Veterans and beginners alike will enjoy stepping!

Cardio Kickboxing
This high-energy cardiovascular class utilizes kickboxing movements to create a total body endurance workout.  Experience combinations of punches, kicks and combinations of both designed to turn up the intensity. (All levels welcome!)

Strength and Flexibility
Stretch and Strengthen
Wondering what to do for lunch? Take time for yourself and spend your lunch break “stretching and strengthening” your way to a healthier you. (This class is recommended and designed for Faculty Staff and community members of DePaul)

Crunch
Build core stability as you strengthen and sculpt your entire abdominal region. This 30 minute class is a quick and intense workout for the mid-section! Come early…crunch fills up quickly!

Muscle Work
Experience a complete strength training workout utilizing all of the major muscle groups of the body. The class will allow you to use a variety of equipment; including dumbbells, weighted bars, bosu balls, resistance bands, and more.

Core Stretch
Work on your balance, strength, posture, and flexibility while incorporating exercises that enhance your body’s core. Experience the perfect mix of yoga-like movement with the Pilates-inspired conditioning necessary to strengthen and stretch your abdominals and back.

Core Strength
Gain great improvements in flexibility and strength as you challenge your body with this fluid-like class. Core Strength will not only strengthen the core, but will utilize weights to provide a complete full-body workout. You will leave feeling strong, lengthened, and rejuvenated.
