Eligibility
for Club Membership

Open to current
DePaul University students, faculty or staff.
- Only those members on the club
roster are eligible to perform, practice and/or compete with
the club.
- A completed liability/waiver form
must be on file prior to participation in any club activity.
- Membership will also be governed
by individual club constitution guidelines, league/association
or national governing body regulations.
- Faculty, staff, alumni and community
members affiliated with the club in other than an advisory
role may only be associate
(non-voting) members.
- Alumni or community members may
serve as an instructor or coach but cannot be active club
participants.

- Go to Student Life's Involvement
Fair held during Fall Quarter.
- Attend a club sports information
session at the beginning of Winter Quarter.
- Contact the Assistant
Director of Club Sports/Special Events .

- Determine interest among student
body (a minimum of eight members are required).
- Identify club officers.
- Find a DePaul faculty/staff member
to serve as an advocate to the organization.
- Establish a formal constitution.
- Register as a student organization
with Student Life (Student Center - 2nd level).
- Complete the necessary paperwork
for Campus Recreation:
- Request for affiliation
- Roster including club officers
- Waiver/liability forms
- Others as requested
