Eligibility

The faculty/staff rate is available to current DePaul University employees, university retirees, sub-contracted employees and Vincentians; verifying identification is required. Part-time or adjunct employees may only purchase a quarterly membership. Full-time faculty/staff have the option of using payroll deduction for their membership fees.

Spouses

Spouses of faculty/staff may purchase a membership at a matching rate (e.g. spouse of a faculty/staff pays $338.00 for an annual pass); proof of joint financial responsibility or a marriage license is required, along with verifying identification for the member and spouse.

Children/Dependents of Members

Children and/or dependents (aged 16-22) of members can purchase a membership at the dependent rate.

Children and/or dependents aged 15 and under may register to access the facility at no charge; a birth certificate is required for verification. Each child will have their picture taken and will be issued a purple key tag in order to access the facility. Access is limited during the academic year to Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. to noon, and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Children are allowed unlimited access during summers and academic break periods. Children and/or dependents aged 15 and under are required to be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian and are not allowed on the second floor. Use of the family locker room is encouraged; see a building manager if the changing room is locked.
