Children and/or dependents (aged 16-22) of members can purchase a membership at the dependent rate.
Children and/or dependents aged 15 and under may register to access the facility at no charge; a birth certificate is required for verification. Each child will have their picture taken and will be issued a purple key tag in order to access the facility. Access is limited during the academic year to Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. to noon, and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Children are allowed unlimited access during summers and academic break periods. Children and/or dependents aged 15 and under are required to be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian and are not allowed on the second floor. Use of the family locker room is encouraged; see a building manager if the changing room is locked. Cancellation Policy
To cancel a membership, please contact Membership Services (773) 325-4555 for a cancellation form.
* Cancellations made within the first six months of join date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
*Cancellations received on the 1-15th of the month: membership will terminate at the end of that month and automatic withdrawls will stop with that month's payment.
* Cancellations received on the 16th-last day of the month: membership will terminate at the end of the following month and automatic withdrawls will stop after the following month's deduction.
Payment Options
Payment options include cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Yearly memberships must be paid in full at time of joining. Payment options for monthly memberships include Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Member must provide a voided check or credit card number to set up the EFT. One month's payment is required up-front. A minimum six-month membership is required.
