Internet Sources
There are several retail outlets for printed
music and sound recordings available over the internet, as well
as sites which provide downloadable music in various digital
formats (MIDI, .WAV, MP3, etc.). Some are free, others charge a
fee. Only a few sites per category are listed below. For more
comprehensive results, consult one of the directories listed in
the Music Subject Guide or use a search engine such as Alta Vista,
Google, or Hotbot.
