The following is a list of our I/O Psychology Faculty members.

Dr. Suzanne Bell
Current research is focused on team processes that mediate the relationship between team composition variables and team performance and factors related to the development of team efficacy. Dr. Bell is currently the Director of DePaul's I/O Program.

Dr. Doug Cellar

Current research is focused on the influence of trait and state motivational variables as related to coping, wellbeing, and health indicators for people living with chronic illness (i.e., chronic hepatitis C; HCV) and their primary support persons. In addition to quantitative methods and analyses, qualitative methods are used to focus on gaining insight into the experience of living or caring for someone living with HCV. Issues related to social support, support at work, employment issues and the meaning attached to work for participants in the study are of interest. Dr. Cellar is also the Co-director of the Center for Community and Organization Development.

Dr. Jane Halpert

Current research interests include negotiation models and the dynamics of non-profit organizations. Dr. Halpert has also done work on issues women face in the workplace.

Dr. Alice Stuhlmacher
Research interests have centered around conflict and decisions in the workplace, particularly in areas of negotiation, mergers, unions, workplace safety, and gender issues.

Dr. Annette Towler
Research interests include employee training and development; e-learning; leadership effectiveness and leader development; and motivation and attitudes.
