Get assigned reading and prompt> Write essay > Submit essay > Get confirmation from DePaul
The basic procedure for completing your online mathematics assessment is:
Select a date and time from schedule below > Login and Complete Assignment (100 Minutes Long) > Get confirmation from DePaul
Writing the Essay and the Math Assessments
As a transfer student, you have two opportunities to complete your essay (Group 1 and Group 2) and a thirteen day window to complete your math assessments online -- However, you must register for an assessment session in advance. The table below shows the dates you must write your placement essay and your math assessment. Once registered for a particular Group, you cannot switch to a different group. If you are unable to meet this schedule, you must withdraw from the orientation session for which you are registered, and re-register for another Transfer Transition program - which will not offer online assessment. You will write the essay and take the math assessments on campus during that orientation program.
A Note about the online Mathematics Assessments Deadlines
You will have 100 minutes to complete the math assessments. Once you login, you must finish the entire assessment.
The deadlines are firm. No extensions will be granted.
