The Online Assessment option is an easy-to-use way to take your placement assessments online. Fill-in the information below and use this checklist when you begin the math and writing online assessments.

What You'll Need:

	Your Login Name - Write it here:
	Your Password - Write it here:
	Your Email Address - Write it here:
	Access to the Internet (you can use either Netscape 4+ or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4+)

Access dates for your assessments - Write the dates from your confirmation letter here:

For the Math Assessment:

	You'll have 13 days to choose from in taking your math assessment - See your Schedule.
	On the day you take the assessment, go to our web site and follow the Math Login link
	Remember, it's a timed (100 minute) exercise.
	You Must complete it all at once (you can't do Part 1 on one day and Part 2 on another, for example).

For the Writing Assessment:

	Your reading assignment will be available the day before your writing assignment, and your assignment will be due on the following Monday - See your Schedule.
	To access the writing assessments, go to our web site and follow the Writing Login link.
	You can type your paper using your usual Word Processing program (MS Word, for example).
	To send us your work, simply copy and paste your paper into the form on the web site.
