Application

Undergraduate Application:
(RN-BS Completion )
Applications are accepted on a continuing basis. Once all transcripts and fees are submitted to the Office of Admissions, College of Liberal Arts & Sciences (LAS), the completed application packet is sent to the Nursing Department for review by the Admission, Progression and Retention Committee and the Nursing Department Chair. Notification of the admission decision will be sent in writing from the LAS Office. All inquiries regarding the application process should be made to the College. If accepted, you should contact the Coordinator of Student Academic Services, Christine Werdrick, for initial advising and registration.

Graduate Application:
(Masters Entry Program)
Applications should be made by the appropriate deadline for admission consideration. Only qualified candidates meeting all admission criteria will be admitted. Applications received by  the deadline will be reviewed competitively and top candidates will be admitted on a space available basis. Other qualified candidates will be placed on a waiting list and admitted if space becomes available or will be given first priority for the next entering cohort. Only completed applications with a completed personal (goal) statement, all transcripts and scores will be considered for admission.

September (Fall) Entry Application Deadline: March 1
January (Winter) Entry Application Deadline: August 1

Graduate Application:
(Advanced Practice, Certificate, & Degree-Completion)
Applications are accepted on a continuing basis. Once all transcripts and fees are submitted to the School of Health and Public Service (HPS) Office, College of Liberal Arts & Sciences (LAS), the completed application packet is sent to the Nursing Department for review by the Admission, Progression and Retention Committee and the Nursing Department Chair. Notification of the admission decision will be sent in writing from the  School. All inquiries regarding the application process should be made to the School. If accepted, you should contact the Coordinator of Nursing Student Academic Services, Christine Werdrick, for initial advising and registration.
