In the spirit of collaboration and mutual support, we will be asking each participant to take on a task or two. Here is a list of responsibilities we'd like to see filled. Which ones appeal to you?

"Vibes Person":

You would check out how people are doing, making sure that we're sensitive to the various concerns, feelings, moods, and so on. This position might rotate, with a different person each day.

Debriefing leader:

We'll have nightly debriefings, each led with a different question perhaps. Again, this position might rotate on a daily basis.

Day Starter:

Each morning someone will start us off, perhaps with a reading or a thought to set us "right". This is another one that might rotate.

Map Reader:

We will spend quite a bit of time in our vans. If you're gifted in reading maps, this could be a great help. This will probably be a one-time "appointment".

Head Counter:

We will be going in and out of appointments, vans, restaurants, and so on. We'll need someone to make sure we're all accounted for.

Water Bearer:

We need to have bottled water available at all times. This person will be responsible for making sure that people's flasks are filled.

Logistics Manager:

This person will check to make sure that all the luggage is accounted for, that there is nothing left in the rooms when we're leaving a hotel or home, and so on.

Song Leader:

(If this is beginning to sound like camp, don't worry -- this is meant to be fun.) If you sing particularly well, and have some song sheets you can bring along, that would be great.

Medic:

While we don't expect any accidents, it would be good to have someone in charge of the first aid kit.
