Responsible for needs assessment, curriculum design, development and delivery of training programs for Treasury Managers and Product Managers. Research responsibilities included competitive analysis, industry trend assessment, and market and strategic business planning. Also responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives and evaluating global alliances.

Researched, wrote and presented the Strategic Business Plan for Cash Management Services. Recommendations contained in the business plan led to changes in the department's strategic focus and organizational structure.
1985-1987 Product Manager, International Services, Corporate and Institutional Products.
Formulated and recommended strategies for local, regional and global non-credit services. Wrote: Trends in International Cash Management Technology; Electronic Information Systems in Europe; Marketing Techniques - Emerging Trends in International Cash Management; Payment Systems Worldwide.
1982-1985 Project Manager, International Banking Department.
Managed the implementation of new banking systems throughout the bank's international network, developed new products and services through the bank's Systems Department, created training materials and conducted seminars in various overseas locations.
1979-1982 Operations Analyst, Operations and Management Services Department.
Researched, analyzed, coordinated and wrote the Corporate Policies and Practices for International Units Manual which regulates and standardizes all banking operations. Conducted special studies in a variety of bank areas, reviewing operations and analyzing procedures to determine improvement of methodologies.
1986-1993 Lecturer, Organization Behavior Department.
Designed and taught courses in the area of cross-cultural communication management. Directed independent studies on topics such as international management, international marketing, comparative business ethics, and changes in Eastern and Central Europe.
1975-1979 Teaching Assistant, Instructor and Lecturer, Department of French and Italian.
Taught courses in French language and literature. Adapted and developed course material. Evaluated and advised university students.
1994-1995 Chaired SNL's Dean's cabinet and the Executive Committee. Served on Deans Council, Joint Council, Chairman's Council, attended Board meetings. Also served on the Renaissance Circle (Board of Directors), the Truman College International Business Advisory Committee, the First Foundation for Civic Education in Romania (only non- Romanian member), and the International Forum for Women in Poland (only American member).
1995-1997 Chairing the Retention Task Force and serving on the International Activities Committee, the Scholarship and Professional Development Committee, the Initiative Task Force, the Renaissance Circle, the DePaul University Women's Center (Advisory Board), the Truman College International Business Advisory Committee, the First Foundation for Civic Education in Romania, the International Forum for Women in Poland, and WBEZ's Advisory Board for the 1997 Chicago Matters series about work. Also served on the SNL and the DePaul Self-Study Task Forces.
