SOCIETIES IN TRANSITION: POLAND AND ROMANIA
Evaluation Criteria:
Full commitment to this course is essential, for it calls on a level
of involvement not demanded in a typical one-night-a-week course.
Evaluation will be based on the following criteria:
- attendance and active participation in class discussions (25%)
- participation in Poland-Romania travel and design and completion of
an independent learning project with annotated bibliography, including
an extensive proposal to be approved prior to the trip (50%)
- maintaining a learning journal throughout the course (25%)
