DePaul University Strategic Planning Process
The Strategic Planning process at DePaul University is being undertaken in
conjunction with the Centennial celebration. The Board of Trustees and
University leaders see the Centennial as the perfect opportunity to examine
our goals and role in the changing educational environment. Our charge,
as a committee, is to develop an action plan that
addresses these two goals from the specific standpoint of the
initiatives. The action plan should consist of a series of
recommendations for each point in the initiatives (or some broader
categorization). The recommendations should be strategic in nature and
should inform stakeholders (Colleges, departments, IS, Distance
Learning, Library, etc.) in their tactical and operational-level
decision-making process.
