   bytes.  You have a 9000 message to send and the following protocols
   and associated header header/trailer bytes are required for each
   packet.  Calculate the number of packets to send and the size each:

   Ethernet (data link)                : 18
   Internet Protocol (IP)              : 20
   Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) : 20

Q. Consider the above question again.  What if the PMTU was 9058 bytes?
   Would this be a good thing?  Why?  Why might it not be?
