Everyone else who came before or after Wolfgang is a hack who doesn't measure up. Well maybe I'd make an exception for Ludwig. As in van Beethoven. But I listen to Wolfgang's music to think with. Ludwig's pieces usually put me to sleep.
Currently I am listening to the Magic Flute. For the 4,571st time. I alternate that with The Marriage of Figaro. When Lyric Opera did Don Giovanni one year I bought season's tickets just to get there for that one.
Set aside that noise you might be accustomed to and listen to Mozart. Not loud,
but at normal volume.
He's good for your brain in a way that heavy metal and rap just ain't.
