Description:
Every winter, hundreds of students from around northern
Illinois and northwest Indiana gather together to be challenged
and stretched in their faith and walk with God. Hundreds of
students from dozens of InterVarsity fellowships around the
area come together for this learning and growing experience.
Students participate in one of several tracks to focus in
on a specific area of growth. Campus fellowships have times
together to pray and process what God is teaching them. The
entire conference gathers together for whole group worship
and prayer.
As people gather, from different types of schools, majors,
and backgrounds, our journey of faith is enriched. As we learn
together with different people, we receive the blessings that
a broader and more diverse Christian community can offer.
Come and experience what it is to learn, worship, and grow
with hundreds of other students. Whether you have never believed
in God or you have been in a spiritual journey with Jesus
for years... there is something in store for you at Winterfest!
