SUNDAY, March 20th                                                                                             Trim Set / Light Focus

9:00 AM          Sound Crew called to the Reskin. Possible Set/Props Crew call at the Reskin.

12:00 PM         Sound Crew released. V. Fusi and N. Hayman called to the Reskin.

1:00 PM           Light Crew and Light Pool called to the Reskin.

MONDAY, March 21st                                                                                       Sound Work Time / Restaging Rehearsal

8:00 AM          Lighting and Sound cueing time at the Reskin.

11:00 AM        Stage Management called to the Reskin for Safety Walk Through.

12:00 PM         Full Company called to the Reskin for Company Meeting.

12:15 PM         Costume, MU, and HPR Crews Released. Cast Walk Through and Crew Training.

12:30 PM         Begin Sound Work Time with Actors.

1:30 PM           Begin Restaging Rehearsal (with turntable).

4:00 PM           Meal Break.

5:00 PM           Resume Restaging Rehearsal (with turntable).

7:30 PM           End Rehearsal. Begin Work Time/Clean Up/Design Notes.

8:00 PM           Cast Released. Lighting Programming/Scenic Paint Time.

9:00 PM           All released. End of day. Bus back to campus.           

 

TUESDAY, March 22nd                                                                                       Technical Work Through

10:00 AM        Cast, S/P, Light, and Sound Crews called to the Reskin.

10:30 AM        Begin Technical Work Through.

1:00 PM           Meal Break.

2:00 PM.          Resume Technical Work Through.

6:30 PM           End Rehearsal. Begin Work Time/Clean Up/Design Notes.

7:00 PM           Cast and Crew Released. Lighting Programming/Scenic Paint Time.

9:00 PM           End of day.

10:30 AM        Continue Technical Work Through from Tuesday’s ending point.

THURSDAY, March 24th                                                   Technical Work Through / Possible Run Through

10:00 AM        Cast, S/P, Light, and Sound Crews called to the Reskin.

10:30 AM        Continue Technical Work Through from Wednesday’s ending point.

1:00 PM           Meal Break.

2:00 PM.          Resume Technical Work Through / Run Through if done with Tech Work Through.

6:30 PM           End Rehearsal. Begin Work Time/Clean Up/Design Notes.

7:00 PM           Cast and Crew Released. Lighting Programming/Scenic Paint Time.

9:00 PM           End of day.

 

FRIDAY, March 25th                                                                        Costume Load In / 1st Dress Rehearsal

9:00 AM          Costume and MU Crews called to The Theatre School.

10:00 AM        Cast, S/P, Light, and Sound Crews called to the Reskin.

                        Cast into Costume/MU for Dress Rehearsal. Prep for Quick Changes.

11:00 AM        Work Quick Changes (with tech).

12:30 PM         Cast out of costume and makeup.

1:00 PM           Meal Break.                                                                 

2:00 PM           Resume. Set for 1st Dress Rehearsal.

3:30 PM           Begin 1st Dress Rehearsal.

4:30 PM           End of Dress Rehearsal. Work as needed.

6:30 PM           End Rehearsal. Begin Work Time/Clean Up/Design Notes.

7:00 PM           Cast and Crew Released. Lighting Programming/Scenic Paint Time.

9:00 PM           End of day.

 

SATURDAY, March 26th                                                      Design/Tech Advisor Dress (2nd Dress Rehearsal)

10:00 AM        Cast, S/P, Light, Sound, Costume and Makeup Crews called to the Reskin. TBA.

1:30 PM           Meal Break.

3:30 PM           Resume. Set for Design/Tech Advisor Dress (3rd Dress Rehearsal).

5:00 PM           Begin Design/Tech Advisor Dress.

6:00 PM           End Design/Tech Advisor Dress. Production Meeting/Work Time/Notes.

9:00 PM           All released. End of day. Bus back to campus.

 

SUNDAY, March 27th                                                                                                                          3rd Dress Rehearsal

10:00 AM        Cast, S/P, Light, and Sound Crews called to the Reskin. TBA.

2:00 PM           Meal break.

4:00 PM           Full Company (except HPR) called to the Reskin. Set for 3rd Dress.

5:30 PM           Begin 3rd Dress Rehearsal.

6:30 PM           End of Dress Rehearsal. Work as needed.

9:00 PM           All released. End of day. Bus back to campus.

 

 

MONDAY, March 28th                                                                                             Final Dress Rehearsal

6:00 PM           Full Company called to the Reskin. Set for Final Dress Rehearsal.

HPR Crew Training with L. Shook and K. Jackson.

7:30 PM           Begin Final Dress Rehearsal. (Production Photos will be taken during this run.)

8:30 PM           End Final Dress Rehearsal. TBA.
