Most of you have already received some of the information in the following links.  You may use this digital version for future reference.  The crew Information Letter and the crew Survey came to you by mail in the summer before you arrived here.  The Crew Syllabus is a document you should read and keep.  It is part of our agreement with you concerning what we expect from you and what you may expect from The Theatre School regarding this class called, "Crew."

Crew Syllabus

Each first year student will be required to do one crew assignment per quarter. That means that each of you will complete three assignments during your first year.  You must complete these three assignments to graduate.  You must also complete them in your first year.  In other words, they are required prerequisite courses.  You will be graded by faculty and staff who are involved in the production.

The following links are concerned with assignments and crew calls.  The assignments are laid out by your last name in alphabetical order.  On the assignment sheet, there are three boxes following your name; each one contains an assignment which will count as a grade in one quarter. Be aware that the production schedule does not correspond to the academic calendar. Some crews overlap the beginnings and ends of all the quarters. Some of you will work into Christmas break. Some of you will work into or through the spring break. Some of you might even work during both. This is the luck of the draw. Do not make any flight arrangements or vacation arrangements until you are certain of your crew schedules.

If you have any questions, contact Frank Wukitsch or your SM. You are responsible for all calls.  There are almost no excuses for a missed call.

To find out when you are called for each crew, link to the following pages.  Shop calls will tell you when the first and last call in the costume, props and scenery shops will be.  The  Other Calls link will let you know approximately when your crew calls at the theatres will take place.  Remember, The Theatre School reserves the right to change a call with twenty-four hours of notice.  We will, however, always try to take into account your personal schedule if the call conflicts with it.

Some of you might be required to attend Production Meetings.  All Production Meetings listed on that link take place on Tuesday mornings in room 208 at the Theatre School.

This is the Key to the Crew Page

Your first crew call will be a crew meeting at which you will learn much which is not posted here.  This will also be a time and place to ask questions concerning crews.

Tech Week Schedules

Click on the link for your production.  Please note that these tech week schedules will not be posted until shortly before load in.  You will not find a link until the schedule is posted.  The reason for this is that the Stage Manager and the Production Staff are developing these schedules according to the needs of each production.
