bullett FAQ

All students will take at least two writing courses (ENG 103 and ENG 104) except for students whose assessment tests indicate the need for additional writing work. They may take as many as five writing courses. The end goal of these courses is that students are able to conduct academic research and write papers that make defensible arguments, and incorporate material from a variety of sources.

Writing courses are staffed by full and part-time faculty recruited by the English department. For more information on the Writing Program please contact Eileen Siefert or Darsie Bowden in the department of English.
