On Friday, February 23, Sigma Tau Delta hosted a faculty panel conference. Sigma Tau Delta would like to thank all of the students and faculty who participated in the recent faculty discussion panel!

Professors Tardy, Stolar, and Slattery came to share their experiences in their graduate studies, and answered students' questions regarding the PhD and MFA. Professor James Murphy, DePaul's Sigma Tau Delta faculty advisor, chaired the discussion.

The panel focused on many aspects of graduate studies, including choosing potential schools, preparing credentials, and deciding what field of study best suits a student's particular interests. Both graduate and undergraduate students from the English and Writing programs attended the event.

Sigma Tau Delta is the national English Honor Society. Gamma Psi is the DePaul University chapter, sponsored by the English Department, and it elects new members each Spring.

English Majors and Minors, graduate and undergraduate, are eligible to apply, providing they have completed one course beyond English 120 (or equivalent) and have a GPA of 3.4 or better.
