Unable to Attend the Eta Chapter
Banquet Ceremony and Dinner?

While it is an honor to earn lifetime membership in Delta Mu Delta, 
it can happen that occasionally someone is unable to participate 
in  Eta Chapter's annual induction ceremony and dinner. 

In such cases, it is important to coordinate with the banquet chair 
as soon as possible regarding not only dinner reservations but 
also disposition of the items distributed to inductees at the dinner. 
These items include the certificate of membership and the Society Key.

If you are unable to attend the ceremony, please do one of  the following:
                    1. When you send in your application forms and induction fee, include

                      a note indicating that you are unable to attend the ceremony, and how 
                      you would like to obtain your materials (pick up at DePaul or US mail) 
                      after the ceremony date. 
                       

                    2. E-mail the banquet chair at DeltaMuDelta@depaul.edu explaining

                      the situation and indicating how you would like to obtain your materials 
                      (pick up at DePaul or US mail). 

              Please make sure the Eta Chapter has your complete information 
              so that we will be able to contact you if necessary. 
              Also, please note that the one-time induction fee remains $99.00 
              whether or not you are able to attend the ceremony.
