Our Standards for Service
A Commitment to Quality Care
We endeavor to provide you with the best services
possible. Our staff is sensitive to diversity issues and services
are provided to all regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual
orientation, disability or ethnicity.
A Commitment to Your Privacy
Many people worry about whether the
information shared with a counselor will be confidential. We
realize that this may be a concern, and assure you that your
confidentiality is of the highest priority. Any
information you share with a counselor is completely confidential. No
information about you will be shared without your informed,
written consent. Under certain extreme conditions where
personal safety is a concern, it may be ethically necessary to make
exceptions to this policy. These rare exceptions
will be fully explained to you at the initial session.
