The first step in getting help from the DePaul University Community Mental Health Center
is to call (773) 325-7780 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to talk to an intake worker.
On the phone, the intake worker will determine whether your family is eligible
for services at the Center and will schedule an appointment with you (evening appointments
are available).
In
the first (intake) session, you will learn how the Center operates and about services that
may be of help to your family. You will be asked to describe the things that concern
you about yourself or your family. After learning about the Center, you and the
intake worker will decide together if the Center is the best place for your family to get
help. |
