Workshops
Our half-day
Technical Workshops provide the tools necessary for municipalities to modernize zoning and
development-control policies. They allow planners, architects, attorneys,
developers, and entrepreneurs to exchange views and arrive at workable solutions to
difficult and often overlooked situations. A leading specialist in the field moderates
each workshop.
These
events focus on topics that challenge the experience and technical expertise of planners
and others interested in land-use development and control. Our workshops include
guest presentations and candid discussion about responsiveness or unresponsiveness of
communities in the Chicago region to land use issues.
The
workshops begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at noon. Workshops are $45 per person per
session or $115 for any three
workshops or for three individuals at one session. The registrations are
transferable to other members within your organization.
This fee includes materials, continental breakfast, coffee and tea, and certificate
of completion. Cash or checks are strongly
preferred.
All
on-campus workshops are held at the Chaddick Institute's Conference Room. Our street
