Page Properties:

In Design View, Right Click --> Properties
Select General from the tabs. In this mode you can set the title, description of the page, enter keywords that can be used by search engines to index your page.

Layout Tables

From the Main Menu --> Table ---> Layout Tables and Cells
On the task bar to your right you can select from several table layout templates
Enter your data or pictures into the cells.
