Bethany Davila will be presenting at two upcoming conferences: The International Writing Center Association in Minneapolis, MN (October 2005) -- the title of her presentation is "Rewriting Race in the Writing Center" -- and the CCCC conference in Chicago (March 2006). For the second conference, CCCC, she will be co-presenting with DePaul alum Steve Accardi: their presentation is titled "Too Many Cooks in the Kitchen: Creating a Multiliteracy Approach for Today's Multicultural Writing Course."

Bethany is a GA in the English Department, where she works as an editorial assistant for Poetry East, a literary journal. This is her second year as a GA.
