Alumni Network

The central idea here is simple: connect former students who have become professionally involved in Central & East Europe with current students who are studying the region.  DePaul students must be sensitive to the fact that the alums are busy professionals but are folks who are in a position to add real life lessons and perspectives to our university-based learning.

As a general rule, current students should discuss the nature of their contacts before electronically introducing themselves to these alums. Alums should understand that we are deeply appreciative of their willingness to participate directly in the education of their younger DePaul colleagues.  Whenever alums have the time to visit campus, we will make a special effort to welcome and honor them.
