Use of props is subject to availability and approval by the School's Property Master.  This includes adherence to procedures, deadlines, etc. as established by the Property Master.
Approval of the request by the Wrights of Spring coordinator is required before the request can be taken to the Property Master. 
Approval by the Wrights of Spring coordinator does not guarantee availability or approval of the prop request nor does it imply any obligation by the Property Master to fulfill the request.
