Use of costumes is subject to availability and approval by the School's Costume Shop Manager.  This includes adherence to procedures, deadlines, etc. as established by the Costume Shop.
Approval of the request by the Wrights of Spring coordinator is required before the request can be taken to the Costume Shop Manager.
Approval by the Wrights of Spring coordinator does not guarantee availability or approval of the costume request nor does it imply any obligation by the Costume Shop Manager to fulfill the request.
