- Friday 3:00 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m.

The track direction changes daily; please follow the posted directional arrow.

Walkers should use inside lanes; Joggers should use outside lanes.

8 laps/mile from the inside lane; 7 laps/mile from the outside lane.

Before passing, joggers should make sure adjacent lane is clear and then announce, “Passing on your left [or right].”

Do not stand or stretch in the lanes.

Children less than 16 years of age are not permitted to use fitness equipment.

In the event of a serious injury, please press the duress alarm for medical attention or seek assistance from a staff member.

Strollers are not permitted on the track.
