Welcome
Professor Michael L. Budde, Chair of the Department of Political Science, joined the DePaul faculty in 1993. He teaches regularly in DePaul's Program in Catholic Studies and the Honors Program.
Professor Budde's research explores the interactions of political economy, culture and Christianity. He has written on matters ranging from the role of Catholicism in the Rwandan genocide to the transformation of American Christianity by corporate capitalism.
