ISPP -a
local alliance for Chicago area physics teachers
The ISPP is the Illinois
State physics project – an alliance
of high school and university physics teachers that meets about 9
times per year at locations around Chicago
and suburbs, It is informal and tries
to help physics teachers by sharing teaching ideas- particularly phenomena
that interest students in discovering how Physics principles affect them and
their lives.
We print a monthly Reminder
to tell what you missed at the last meeting and how to get to the next one. Meeting
locations range from Joliet to Lake Forest and Elmhurst,
with Chicago meetings at DePaul- Lincoln
Park, Northeastern Illinois university,
Northwestern, and Loyola University and high school such as new Trier, Oak
Park River Forest, and Niles West. Click on the
