John Boggs (MAW '07) has been hired as an adjunct professor at Truman College.

Vicki Martinka (MAW '05) recently started a new job as a media relations specialist for the American Osteopathic Association in Chicago.

Mandy Schomas (MAW '07) recently took the position of Marketing and Public Relations Assistant at The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. She is lucky to have found a job where she can be creative and write and get paid for it. She also appreciates the spare time her job leaves her to write for her own pleasure.

Ryan Van Meter (MAW '05) has essays forthcoming in December from Indiana Review and Touchstone Anthology of Contemporary Nonfiction: Work from 1970 to Present, edited by Michael Martone and Lex Williford, from Simon & Schuster.

Lisa Whitcomb (MAW '06) took a position as a Senior Public Relations Specialist at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. As a project manager, she oversees a part-time staff and writes copy for press releases, newsletters and external trade publications.
