The Sun Farmer, a nonfiction book by Michael McCarthy (second-year MAW student) was just named as one of the Chicago Tribune's "favorite books" of 2007. The Sun Farmer: The Story of a Shocking Accident, a Medical Miracle, and a Family's Life-and-Death Decision is the "story of an Illinois farmer who suffered a terrible accident… It raises questions about science and ethics.”
