Jim Boushay (MAE 1971) is the founder of Resources Unlimited and is a resident of Oak Park. Gina Brandolino (MAE 1998) is finishing her dissertation on "medieval voice and violence" at Indiana University, supported by a competitively awarded, university-wide fellowship. Kate Giglio (MAE 1998) just accepted a tenure-track position in English at University of Central Florida Recent MAE alumni David Jakalski and Stefanie Boese have each been admitted to UIC's doctoral program in English with full financial support. Ju Young Jin was accepted with full funding at Indiana University. Harry Karahalios (MAE 1999) is working on his PhD at Notre Dame. He's also the director of the LGBTQ film festival that Notre Dame recently clamped down on. Sarah Jane Kaufmann (MAE 2005) is doing doctoral work at University of Denver. Maureen Ryan (MAE 1998) works for Ivan R. Dee Publishing. Ted Scholz (MAE 1999) is the former curriculum Chair of English at Robert Morris College and is now a Faculty Fellow there. He's working wonderfully with us on the teaching internships. Jennifer Shea is finishing her doctoral work at McGill University. Jenny Stelzer (MAE 2002) is current Associate Dean of Humanities at Robert Morris College. Please send us student/alumni news. |
