A Course History Report
is a summary of every course
a student has completed at DePaul University, as well as those transferred
from another institution. Although the course history report lists
course work completed at DePaul and transferred from other institutions,
it is not an official transcript. Students may
obtain a copy of his or her official transcript through the Academic
Resource Center.
Course History Requests:
Students may request a copy of the course history report 24 hours
a day through Campus
Connection.
Note:
An e-mail confirmation will be sent once a course history request
has been processed. This process can take up to 24 hours. Please
plan accordingly.
Course History Availability:
Course history reports are only available to LA&S students who
have access to Campus Connection. Students will need to visit one
of the ID Card
Service offices to obtain the user ID and password needed to
access Campus Connection. If you forget
your password, you must go to an ID Services office to reset the
password.
