Workplace Negotiation Survey
You are being asked to participate in a research study being conducted by students in collaboration with Professor Alice Stuhlmacher at DePaul University. We are examining worker characteristics and reactions to negotiation. This study will take about 10-15 minutes of your time. If you agree to be in this study, you will be asked to fill out a survey. When you are finished taking the survey, you may forward the link to other working adults. We hope to include people with a variety of characteristics and backgrounds in our research. The survey will include questions about the employee characteristics, the workplace, and how you would feel about negotiating under times of job uncertainty. You can choose not to participate. There will be no negative consequences if you decide not to participate or change your mind later. Your decision whether or not to participate will not affect your relationship at work or your job standing. The survey responses are anonymous and no responses are linked to an organization.
